4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

5. Subscription, Payment & Renewal

  • Payments must be made in full and on time as per the agreed billing cycle.

6. Hardware Sales & Warranty

  • Hardware purchased from Astra POS is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
  • Hardware returns are subject to our return policy.

7. License & Usage Rights

  • Astra POS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during your subscription term.
  • You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the software without written permission.
  • Use of the software is limited to your registered business locations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your business data entered into Astra POS.
  • We may store, process, and back up your data solely to provide our services.
  • Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and protect data.

9. Support & Maintenance

  • Technical support is provided via phone, email, or chat as per your service plan.
  • Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime, which we will endeavor to notify you about in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Astra POS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where expressly stated.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
  • Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months for the services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Payment is overdue.
  • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
  • You may terminate the agreement by providing written notice and settling all dues.
